Fourth, maintaining a healthy lifestyle. This means eating a balanced diet every day, getting enough sleep, while the various forms of physical activity and prevention of vices like alcohol and snuff. Avoid stress at all costs, time to rest when you can.

Fifth. Experts say sudden weight loss stops hair growth and this has negative consequences. This is because if the body loses weight too fast, many nutrients are also lost. There are specific diets for people who want to lose extra kilos that  lack nutrients and when the body absorbs less of the right nutrients it can cause hair to go too.
